I offer SOMA Breathwork which is a powerful guided practice that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques with modern science to help you reduce stress, heal from within, and expand your consciousness.
Through rhythmic breathing, music, and guided meditation, you enter a state where your body naturally restores balance, your mind becomes calm and focused, and your energy is renewed.

Movement

Shaking and dancing are powerful ways to prepare the body for breathwork.
Shaking releases stuck energy, tension, and stress from the nervous system — while dancing uplifts the spirit, activates joy, and connects you to presence. Together, they open the body, free the mind, and prime you for a deeper, more transformative breath journey.

Shadow Work

Your “shadow” is the part of you that holds unprocessed emotions, limiting beliefs, and hidden patterns. These parts often run in the background—shaping how you react, relate, and even breathe. Shadow work is about bringing these hidden aspects into the light with compassion, so you can integrate them instead of being controlled by them.

About Me

I’m Maha — an Advanced SOMA Breathwork Instructor, Trauma-Informed Mindset Coach, Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Shadow Work Guide.
I began my journey as an Image Master and celebrity stylist, helping people transform their outer look to feel more confident. But over time, I realized true transformation starts from the inside out.
Today, through my holistic approach, I weave together everything I’ve learned throughout my journey to help others release limiting beliefs, embody their true essence, and unlock their highest potential.

BREATHWORK & IHT

Breath is the remote control of the mind, body and soul. Imagine having control over something we do 22,000 times a day. We breathe too much, which causes hyperventilation,  cardiovascular health issues and triggers our stress response.
Learning breath control techniques is like having your own inner pharmacy of balancing, restorative, rejuvenating medicines ready to use whenever you need them.
